Edo glass vase Fujihana pattern
Silver foil is scattered between the two layers of glass, using a two-layer structure technique called "inner cover", in which transparent glass is covered on the blue glass from the outside. The bright gold leaf image of "eight eight bridges". Yatsuhashi has been used in various crafts since the middle of the Edo period, including the works of Kogata Ogata. The surface of the glass is engraved with "Wine flower" by sandblasting. "Wisteria flower" is said to be a symbol of good harvest because it reminds me of the flowering ear of rice in which flower bunches grow. As it is packed in a special cosmetic box, it is ideal for gifts.
